Might The Role of Sinestro Have a Frontrunner?!

Could it be that the Green Lantern movie has an eye on a certain claw wielding comic movie actor for the role of Sinestro?!
No not Hugh Jackman! Jackie Earle Haley! So maybe he didn't wield claws in the comic movie he appeared in but the discription is accurate as he played Rorscach in "Watchmen" and is starring in the upcoming remake of "Nightmare on Elm Street" as good ole Freddy Krueger. Anyway... Ain't It Cool News is reporting a rumor that he is the front runner for the role as Sinestro.
I am not entirely sold on this choice if it comes to be true. Personally i'd like to see the role of Sinestro go to Hugh Laurie the star of TV's "House". For now Ain't It Cool News states it's just a rumor but they seem confident enough to post it.Who would you like to see play Sinestro? Hit the comment button below and let us know!

I'm not sold on either Laurie or Haley. I don't know who I'd like to see, though, so I can't offer a suggestion.
I just think Laurie has the acting chops as well as the look. He'd be a great counter to Ryan Reynolds.
But it's not Lupus!

Eh, Hugo Weaving would be better than Jackie Earle Haley but I still would prefer Hugh Laurie.

I think Hugo has the pitch perfect voice for Sinestro. Like his Agent Smith voice jsut screams Sinestro to me.
I would give it to huge laure he has the voice and is tall enough to play sinestro and hugo looks so dam evil to me. I dont know why
