Someone Else Is An Avenger

The second teaser for Brubaker/Deodato's Secret Avengers has arrived online, and it's even more mysterious than the first one. Uhm... is it just me, or is that someone riding a goblin glider?
Update: The most popular theory in the comment section seems to be Taskmaster, and on Twitter someone @replied to me that they thought it was the Hood. That being said, with all three (Green Goblin, Taskmaster, The Hood), how are they seeking redemption? This one is an odd one, because I think it clearly has to be a villain. With the Hood and Taskmater, they both seem comfortable in their villainous roles, ESPECIALLY now during Siege (see New Avengers and Avengers: Initiative). Even Green Goblin to me seem odd, because I doubt Norman Osborn is looking for redemption so much as he is looking for satisfaction.
So, when we look at the past 7 years of Marvel, what character do you think is seeking redemption that also wears some kind of shredded cloak?

Just you, looks more like a certaint Task Master to me
Oh my god, it totally does look like Taskmaster. Whoever said they wanted him to be on a team in the forums may have gotten their wish. I love me some Taskmaster.
I don't see that at all. I mean, granted I feel like I'm looking at a Rorschach Ink Blot, but it looks to me like Green Goblin. It leaves me confused and hoping I'm wrong.
Hahaha, et tu, David? Where do you guys see Taskmaster? I see two clawed hands, an arched back and a crouched position, a strange straight-ish thing, and a hood as well as a flowing tattered cape.
For some reason, I'm thinking Moon Knight
For the premise, I say Heroes posing as Villains. Reverse Dark Avengers.
I say it's Scarlet Witch.
Matt -- Look at the feet...no glider, just normal boots. It looks like Taskmaster's hood. It's big and flowy. Plus, if anyone would be looking for redemption after being a good guy on the Initiative and then part of the Cabal, it'd be Taskmaster...even if he is merciless and for sale to highest bidder. Also, the shadow hands are normal hands.
Leslie -- I really like that idea. I'm curious about that.
Renee -- Also a solid guess. He fits for all of the same reasons that Taskmaster does, and perhaps more believably because he isn't a dirty bastard when you get down to it.
Thing is if it's Taskmaster where is the shield?
It's Cloak...redemption for briefly becoming part of Osborn's Dark XMen. Cloak and Dagger would make great Secret Avengers.
Those hands don't look normal to me, David! I do see the boot now... but Jordan is right, Taskmaster has a shield and a sword.
I could see that being Moon Knight though... I don't see why, but it's believable.
I'm convinced it's someone in a cloak. With sharp nails.
Time for some crack pot theories!:
It's Mephisto!!!!! He feels guilty for One more day and wants to redeem himself.
It's Sentry gone off the deep-end and wants to redeem himself for ripping people in half.
It's Phil Urich (the fourth Goblin)he wants to redeem himself for the 90's.
It's Kaine! He wants to redeem himself for the clone saga
It's Bendis dressed in a cloak! He seeks redemption by the angry fanboys.
I just noticed the elongated thumbnail. My bad Matt!
Magneto??... nooooo, no, no can't be.
Fingers crossed for moon knight.
I think its mandarin, jaja I just kidding.... or not?
Not sure how it would fit the story, but Dr. Strange perhaps? Seeking redemtion to be Sorcerer Supreme.
