It’s that time again, folks! The third arc of “Morning Glories” has wrapped up, and we’ve got your audio commentary to go along with the entire storyline!
For those new to this segment, here’s a brief catch-up: regularly here on Multiversity, Crit Obara and I discuss and annotate the individual issues of the Image series “Morning Glories.” Once each arc has wrapped, I sit down with Nick Spencer and Joe Eisma to discuss the arcs entirely, from behind-the-scenes anecdotes to easter eggs and trivia. Not only that, but every now and then I trick Nick and Joe into revealing secrets they’re not supposed to!
But here’s the catch: these are audio only endeavors. Each individual episode ranges between 30-60 minutes, but they’re meant to be listened to while you yourself read the issue and take notes. The plus side is that these episode are full of information, and there are in fact exclusive reveals contained within the episode – one of which is so big, I hesitate to let you know which episode it’s even on!
So if you’d like to be in the know, pull up a seat and get ready to listen! We’ll be releasing two sections a day (four episodes total!), and today starts with the introduction episode and the issue #13 discussion. Take a listen below:
PE 101 (with Nick Spencer)
PE 101 (with Joe Eisma)
Issue #13 (with Nick Spencer)
Issue #13 (with Joe Eisma)
Additionally, if you’d like to subscribe to the show, please check out our podcasting host over at Podomatic. We are working to get this on iTunes as well, so expect that as well within the next day or so. (We will also hopefully be transitioning all the old MGA Study Hall Special Editions to this new server, but that will be a slower process.)
If you’d like to e-mail Crit or I with questions, comments, theories and what not, please do so at our new official e-mail of email@example.com, and we’ll be back next week with our annotations to issue #20.
