Guardians of the Galaxy is coming August 1, and July is going to be a celebration of all things Guardians AND a special benefit art month for Bill Mantlo here at Multiversity. All month, we’ll be posting Guardians-related pieces created by some of our favorite artists, and at the end of the month there will be an auction of many of the pieces of original art to help the man who created Rocket Raccoon, Bill Mantlo. It’s going to be an exciting month, but you can help Bill even if you don’t bid on any art. Read more about Bill and his story here, and if you feel moved to donate to Bill yourself, you can do so by clicking here.

Justin Greenwood is the artist on “The Fuse” for Image Comics, and the upcoming “Stumptown” for Oni Press, taking over for Matthew Southward when the series goes ongoing later this year. Previously, Justin has worked on “Resurrection” and “Wasteland” for Oni and “Ghost Town” for Action Lab. You can find him on Tumblr, or follow him on Twitter (@jkgreenwood_art).

Dan Jackson is a colorist currently doing a ton of work for Dark Horse (“Project Black Sky,” “The Strain,” Buffy books) and Oni Press (“Letter 44”). Please check out his website.

Justin’s uncolored piece will be auctioned off later this summer to benefit Bill Mantlo. Stay tuned for auction information!

If you are a professional artist interested in donating a piece for the auction, please email brian@multiversitycomics.com or david@multiversitycomics.com for more details.
