The Short Report: WonderCon!

As if you didn’t know, WonderCon is at the end of this week, running all the way through the weekend, including Easter Sunday. But that won’t stop me! Noooooo. I’ll be there with some help, hopefully, to grab news, information, and hopefully that elusive Geoff Johns interview we’re all DYING to get. Oh man, a guy can dream, right?

That being said, in lieu if a column about how much I think Batman is misunderstood or how David is really the biggest Twilight fan I know, I’m going to share with you my rough itinerary with possible panels I’ll be going to, and others if time or help allows. I have a few volunteers though, so we should be good!

My plans follow in the cut, and from here on, I’m opening it up to you. Assuming I can get interviews with any of the creators or actors we love, I want people to submit questions either here, or in our forum with any questions you’d like me to ask nicely, ok? Those bathroom liaisons are bad enough…I need a wide stance….

(and no, Matt, I won’t ask Nic Cage why he’s a terrible actor!)

NOTE: As you can see, a lot of panels conflict with one another (these are marked with an asterisk), which will make it challenging to hit ALL of the panels listed. These are tentative, and subject to change based on schedule, availability, and my mood and/or energy reserves.

After you submit any questions, I’ll go over them and look to see which I like the best, and I’ll take those with me. I’ll also defer to the others guys here on multiversity to see which they like/would want asked/would ask me if they could

Gilbert Short

Gilbert Short. The Man. The Myth. The Legend. When he's not reading comic books so you don't have to, he's likely listening to mediocre music or watching excellent television. Passionate about Giants baseball and 49ers football. When he was a kid he wanted to be The Ultimate Warrior. He still kind of does. His favorite character is Superman and he will argue with you about it if you try to convince him otherwise. He also happens to be the head of Social Media Relations, which means you should totally give him a follow onTwitter.

The Short Report: Dissecting a Perfect Score

    By | May 18, 2010 | Columns

This past week, I did something I thought I’d never do. I gave a book (The Luna Brothers’ final issue to The Sword) a perfect score. What followed was a little criticism (of my critique!), with some pointing out that the book didn’t deserve a perfect score, but instead should have gotten a score much […]
