Last night, Disney blew the lid off of the internet with its Investor’s Day livestream, which announced a ton of projects across all of their properties. But, since we are knee deep in the Festival of Lightsabers, let’s focus on the Star Wars news. And, let me tell you, there’s a lot of it.
In addition to confirmation of a third season of The Mandalorian, a restating of (though with no new information on) a Taika Waititi film, and new details about the previously announced, but not formally titled, Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi, there were still eight new films or series announced by Kathleen Kennedy in a galaxy far, far away.
We discussed, just an hour ago, the shape of Star Wars for the next three years, but we want to know which of these projects you are most excited about. Are you super into Patty Jenkins’s Rogue Squadron film? Excited to see Donald Glover and/or Billy Dee Williams return as Lando Calrissian? Did someone say Star Wars anime?
