Yesterday, Bad Idea announced the first part of ‘Bad Idea Two,’ the next phase of their publishing initiative. The publisher, which has lost two of its co-founders since launching, is big on surprises, limited quantities, and general hoop-jumping to get folks to check out their books. It’s a bold, unusual move for 2022, where decisions like ‘no trades, no digital’ can seem like a certain kiss of death. But the company consistently pulls in quality talent to work on their books, and this batch is no different.
