Black Widow has one of the strangest paths to the cineplex of any film in recent history. Delayed thrice due to COVID-19, the film finally sees release today in the United States. But more than that, the film is set in the past of the MCU, between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers Infinity War, and so it feels like a story out of time in a lot of ways. Plus, fans and Scarlett Johansson both have been asking for a Black Widow film for years, so all of combines together for a film that, before a frame is projected, feels slightly out of time.
But despite all of that, and despite the fact that we already know the fate for its central character, Black Widow introduces a supporting cast that is, more or less, all new, and has a number o standout characters. And so we want to know, which of the new folks is your favorite? Some of these will likely show up in subsequent films, whereas others will be one and dones.
