This week, DC published the awkwardly titled, though overall quite excellent, “Green Lantern 80th Anniversary 100 Page Super Spectacular.” 2020 marks the 80th anniversary of Alan Scott, the Golden Age Green Lantern, and so DC is celebrating not just Scott, but the entire Green Lantern mythos, and let me tell you, there’s a lot there.
Earlier today, I polled some of our staff about their favorite Lanterns, and the range of answers was insane, from your classic Hal Jordan stans to folks repping for Floozle Flem. So, we collated the list and are presenting it, to you, dear readers, to see who is your favorite Green Lantern. We did not include the other color spectrum Lanterns, in part because we knew Saint Walker would win, but also because it’s only their 15th anniversary or so.
