As I presume all of you know, today sees the release of Thor: Love and Thunder, the fourth installment of the MCU’s Thor series. The film – no spoilers, this is all in the trailer – features Jane Foster wielding Mjölnir, a concept that was first introduced by the longest tenured Thor writer of recent memory, Jason Aaron. Aaron’s “Thor” run began in 2012 and ran for eight years, with Aaron still doing some Thor-adjacent work in his “Avengers” run. His take on the character, which has spanned different timeframes across four ongoings and a bunch of miniseries, is easily the most definitive of the 21st century thus far, and puts Aaron up there with names like Walter Simonson and Gerry Conway as the most significant Thor writers of all time.
But today, we’re talking about Aaron. Let us know: which of Aaron’s Thor stories is your favorite? Are you a sucker for old man King Thor? Is Jane Foster your jam? Are you a Dauterman stan or a Ribic head? Vote in our poll, and check back on Monday for the results!
