Reader Poll: What is the Best Indiana Jones Movie?

Today marks the release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, the fifth and final movie starring Harrison Ford as the iconic Nazi-punching archaeologist (not counting his extended cameo in 1993’s Young Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Blues.) It’s a bittersweet occasion, if admittedly an oddly muted one, thanks to the mixed reviews (our reviewer Christopher Egan was among those who enjoyed it), and the lack of new or reprinted books and comics.

Regardless, we want to take the opportunity to learn what your favorite Indiana Jones film is: is Raiders the original and the best, or Last Crusade the rare threequel that tops the first? Do Temple of Doom‘s merits overcome its problems, or is it inferior to Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? And where will Dial of Destiny rank for those of you see seeing it over the weekend?

In any event, vote below, and be sure to check back on Monday for the results. We hope you enjoy the movie and the holiday weekend: may it be as glorious as John Williams’s theme.
