    Reader Poll: What Happens to the Netflix Marvel Shows/Characters Now?

    With the recent string of cancellations of the bulk of the Marvel/Netflix shows, it is really a mystery as to what will happen to these versions of these characters. While the series have their detractors, overall, the Netflix line of shows was relatively well received, with the Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and the third season of Daredevil, specifically, receiving quite high praise.

    It was also a very ambitious plan that never really tied into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, despite constant reminders that yes, this is the same universe. It seems like the Netflix world and the MCU world were never all that connected outside of being told that yes, absolutely, they are connected. It is hard to not daydream about what a truly integrated universe could have been, but it seems like with the Disney + streaming service, that might be an actual reality.
