Earlier this week, employers everywhere continued to exploit the working class by making us all work on one of the most significant and important holidays of the year: 4/26, Alien Day. Celebrated on April 26 in honor of LV-426, the moon where the titular creators – xenomorphs if you’re nasty – are discovered in the original Alien, the day is one of the few sci-fi holidays on the calendar, and we want to make sure that we are celebrating it in style. And so, for this week’s Reader Poll, we want to know which Alien comic is your favorite?
The history of Alien comics is almost as long as the film series, as the first adaptation was released in 1979, the same year the film debuted, and it has continued to the present day, with Marvel currently holding the license for the franchise. There have been productions of unused scripts, sequels, and crossovers as part of the comic world, so there are some really diverse options here to consider.
So, vote in our poll and check back on Monday for the results. And even though we are a few days late, don’t forget to hug a facehugger today.
