Today marks the debut of Helstrom, the latest television series from Marvel Entertainment. It is also somewhat the end of an era, as later this year, we will see the first Disney+ Marvel series, WandaVision, which looks to both connect Marvel TV closer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and also make Disney+ the main place to get Marvel TV. Helstrom looks like it may be the final Marvel/Hulu collaboration, and the last Jeph Loeb Marvel TV production.
That felt like a good excuse to look back on the Loeb-era of Marvel TV. It all began with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which seemed like it would be far more integrated into the MCU than it wound up being. This list includes shows, like the six Netflix series, that were technically part of the same shared universe as the films, as well as shows like The Gifted and Legion that were not.
So, vote in our poll, and check back on Monday for the results!
