This week saw the third season premiere of The Mandalorian and, while some found it to be an unsatisfying episode, it was still nice to see the series return and to hear that iconic Ludwig Göransson theme again. The premiere got us thinking about Star Wars in general, and bounty hunters in particular. While we think of him more as a papa to Grogu, Din Djarin makes his living as a bounty hunter. And so, we want to know: who is your favorite bounty hunter from a galaxy far, far away?
We’ve selected 19 options for the poll this week, and that number could have easily tripled if we had really dug into the Legends universe and background characters from the various animated series. Our criteria was simple: we wanted to list all the names that even a casual Star Wars fan would know, plus lesser known hunters with memorable film appearances (like Dengar in The Empire Strikes Back), multiple speaking roles in television series (like Sugi on The Clone Wars), or a one-off appearance in which they are at least the second or third lead (like Toro Calican on The Mandalorian).
