While at Emerald City ComiCon, we had the opportunity to sit down and talk to a lot of creators, but perhaps the one we were the most honored to talk to was Len Wein. For those that don’t know, Wein was the creator of characters like Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Swamp Thing, he helped revive the dying X-Men franchise, and he even served as the editor of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ seminal series Watchmen.
His career is about as expansive and as impressive as anyone in comics, and he joined the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame for his work in 2008. Check out Brandon’s brief interview with Wein about the exciting work he’s doing going forward and what he thinks of the industry today below.
