NYCC ’18, Five Questions: Who is Your Personal Style Icon?

At New York Comic Con this year, we ended a number of our interviews with a series of 5 random questions, designed to let you, our dear readers, learn more about the folks who make the comics you read each and every week.

We all have goals set for ourselves when we get dressed in the morning. Some days, we just want to be invisible at the office. But some days, we go all out. It is on those days that we need a goal. An icon to emulate; a personal style icon. We asked our friends at NYCC who they aspire to dress like, from the attainable (Will Dennis’s choice) to the bombastic (Chuck Wendig’s).

    Featured creators:

    Katy Rex
    Liana Kangas
    Joshua Williamson
    Sarah deLaine
    Nicholas Affleje
    Kwanza Osajyefo
    Chuck Wendig
    Clint McElroy
    Carey Pietsch
    Jeff Rougvie
    Jim Zub
    Will Dennis

We would also like to apologize to a number of creators who answered our five questions but, due to technical issues, weren’t included here.

Stay tuned tomorrow, when our creators answer the final question of the con: well, this one is too good to spoil in advance.

    Brian Salvatore

Brian Salvatore is an editor, podcaster, reviewer, writer at large, and general task master at Multiversity. When not writing, he can be found playing music, hanging out with his kids, or playing music with his kids. He also has a dog named Lola, a rowboat, and once met Jimmy Carter. Feel free to email him about good beer, the New York Mets, or the best way to make Chicken Parmagiana (add a thin slice of prosciutto under the cheese).

    Elias Rosner

Elias is a lover of stories who, when he isn't writing reviews for Mulitversity, is hiding in the stacks of his library. He can be found on twitter (for mostly comics stuff) here and has finally updated his photo to be a hair nicer than before.
