Welcome, one and all, to Multiversity’s Art of the Week! Each week, we scour the internet for the best artwork sourced from the blogs, Tumblrs, Twitters, and Instagrams of the best comic book and manga artists out there and curate them here for your viewing pleasure.

As we come to the end of the road Black History Month, today’s edition features lots of Black characters rendered as part of daily pieces from Black artists celebrating their heritage; I implore all of you to click the links, and see what else they’ve run this month. We also have artwork inspired by the release of the X-Men ’97 trailer, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and The Fantastic Four casting news, plus a couple of TMNT pieces, two Superman match-ups, and a poignant tribute to the late Ramona Fradon.

Enjoy, and be sure to tell us your favorite (whether it’s shown here or not) in the comments. Happy Black History and Women’s History Month!
