For this week’s Art Feature, we have a lot of stuff, so let’s get right down to it. Starting with the Big 2, Declan Shalvey posted a Carnage piece and Joe Pekar submitted his interpretation of DC’s Death. From there, Jorge Munoz posted a Witch Doctor piece for The Sindiecate and Rafael Albuquerque posted a concept piece simply titled “War.” From there, we have to classic Hollywood-themed works: Charles Bronson by Jorge Coelho and Beverly Hills Cop II by the ever-present Massimo Carnevale. Following those, it’s all robots all the time from artists such as Dan Panosian, Dave Johnson, Andrew Johnson, and Cameron Stewart.

The abovepiece also falls in line with the robot theme, as Mike Allred’s “Rock ‘Em Sock’Em” depicts what could be our only hope against the robot apocalypse. Save us Madman, you’re our only hope!

Gilbert Short

Gilbert Short. The Man. The Myth. The Legend. When he's not reading comic books so you don't have to, he's likely listening to mediocre music or watching excellent television. Passionate about Giants baseball and 49ers football. When he was a kid he wanted to be The Ultimate Warrior. He still kind of does. His favorite character is Superman and he will argue with you about it if you try to convince him otherwise. He also happens to be the head of Social Media Relations, which means you should totally give him a follow onTwitter.
