Well, we did this last year, so we might as well do it again, right? In that case, then, welcome to the Second Annual Multiversity Comics’ Art Of The Year! As you may know, we have a regular column every Wednesday called Art Of The Week which celebrates artists in comics by showcasing a selection of the best of art by comic book artists from the prior week that you won’t find in comics.
In a similar vein, this is Art Of The Year. This is our celebration of all the comic book artwork from the last year, reminding us to be thankful for all the artists who put the work in to make the comics we love exist. These are all pieces from the last year suggested by members of Multiversity as our favourite pieces of comic art meaning, obviously, some great stuff will be missed out. It was a big year, after all, so feel free to suggest your own favourites in the comment section down below!
