One half of the famous Luna Brothers duo, Joshua Luna has recently taken up the pen himself to write and illustrate his own mini with “Whispers,” having previously been the writing half of the team. Yet despite his proven talent as a writer, Joshua is a fantastic artist as well. Bringing a somber tone to his characters and an unbelievable amount of intricate detail (check out “the Sword” sketch below), Joshua’s fantastic work on “Whispers” should be a surprise to absolutely no one.

So, in addition to the interview we presented earlier, here we have a hand-picked selection of some of his art to help show off his talent to you. For more, check out Joshua’s DeviantArt page.

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."

The work, while incredible, didn’t resonate with me […]

Liz Prince’s comics are exactly the type of comics I want to see more of in the world. Her work lies somewhere between the self-reflection of Jeffery Brown and the raucous energy of James Kochalka, examining herself and her surroundings through the lens of a humorist. Her comics are easily digestible while simultaneously impactful and thought provoking, […]
