Well hello there! Back fro some comic covers action? Well I’ve got some sweet choices for you this week ladies and germs. A lot of domination here on the part of a couple artists as they solidify there standings on this list. While I feel like I’m being redundant at times with some of these picks I can’t help it. Some people are just better at putting together a compelling and beautiful cover than others. So here is my list for the week. Take it or leave it.

4. Thunderbolts #143 (Iron Man By Design Variant)
by Greg Horn

Another Iron Man by Design Variant cover makes the list. These have generally been very cool. I had to fight the urge to put more than this one on the list. When it came down to it though this was my favorite of the covers for this week. I mean seriously it’s a pinball machine Iron Man! So Awesome!

3. Peter Parker #2
by Skottie Young

This is a very simple cover design but there is nothing simple about the art itself. Young provides us with a great Peter/Spidey cover that should appeal to fans of all ages. It’s a brilliant cover because of its simplicity.

2. X-Force #26
by Adi Granov

Hauntingly beautiful is the best way to describe this cover. The characters look pristine but then they are drenched in blood. The cover gives you a nice sense of foreboding. Adi Granov proves here yet again that he is a master of cover art.

1. Invincible Iron Man #25
by Adi Granov

Iron Man as done by Adi Granov is a treat to all of our eyes. Adi Granov is currently without a doubt the best artist to draw the Iron Man armor. With his style it looks real and vibrant. When Adi Granov does an Iron Man cover the world collectively drools.

So here is the top cover artist list. It is decided by the amount of times an artist has made my list. The top artists are listed below with the number of times they’ve appeared on the list.

1. Adi Granov — 9
2. David Finch — 5
3. Adam Kubert — 3
4. Lucio Parillo — 3

So there you have the list for the week. Adi Granov comes in and makes his move to be the first to reach double-digit appearances on this list. Can anyone pass him? Finch was making a play for it but Granov pulled away. Who knows what’s in store for us next week but I’m excited to look at more gorgeous covers and I hope you’ll join me.
