What, you thought we weren’t serious about this feature? We were.
This week for Pet of the Week, we bring you Casting Couch’s Jessica Graham for a look at her feline pal.
Full Name: Tricia “Trillian” McMillan
First Appearance: June 5th, 2009
Favorite Comic: She’s been known to fall asleep on whatever she can find laying around, but recently she insists on laying on top of a copy of Absolute Promethea Vol. 3.
Secret Origin: She is actually the sister of last week’s Cat of the Week Boots, so their “origin” story is the same: my friend knew someone who found a few kittens and their mom on a boat, and we adopted two of them. There was a mother (nick named Mama, who was orange like Boots) and another brother as well, but they went to different homes.
As for her name, it comes from The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. We never actually call her Tricia McMillan, though. That’s just for show.
Oh, and the other brother is named Snickers now.
