Hello, and welcome to Saturday Morning Panels! It’s a very simple concept: since none of us are up to watching Saturday morning cartoons anymore, we are instead going to share with you our favorite panels from the week before. It’s a bit like Comics Should Be Cheap, except with more pictures and less reading.
And, of course, SPOILERS are probably abundant.
As a note, this week features some content that is not safe for work. Please keep that in mind when reading, and don’t get in trouble with your boss if you read this column Monday mornings.
We encourage you to play along at home and let us know what your favorite moments of the week were in the comment section! In the meantime, our picks:

“Batman” #41: The many faces of Batman. (The Zur-en-Arr one is my fave.) – Matthew Garcia

“Batman” #41: Looking snazzy there, Gordo. – Keith Dooley

“Gotham Academy” #7: If your Bat-book doesn’t have a gattling gun, then you’re doing it wrong. – Matthew Garcia

“All-Star Section Eight” #1: This was by far the funniest and most clever issue of the week and possibly the month. – Keith Dooley

“Constantine: The Hellblazer” #1: Blood looks fetching on you, John. – Keith Dooley

“Nameless” #4: The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out… – Keith Dooley

“Descender” #4: Dustin Nguyen can even make scenes of death into breathtaking art. – Keith Dooley

“Saga” #29: This scene is definitely NSFW. – Keith Dooley

“Saga” #29: Oh, is there any other comic book that wants to be all things? Funny, violent, exciting, perverse, and sort of touching (no pun intended)? – Matthew Garcia

“Chrononauts” #4: Artist Sean Murphy and colorist Matt Hollingsworth are definitely due some Eisner love for this book next year. – Keith Dooley

“Injection” #2: No-one pulls off the ballet of violence quite like Declan Shalvey. – Stephenson Ardern-Sodje

“It Will All Hurt” #1: The sword wizard attacks! While this image is cool, it’s not even one of the most trippy or well-rendered sequences in this book. – Matthew Garcia
