Hello, and welcome to Saturday Morning Panels, your new favorite Multiversity column! It’s a very simple concept: since none of us are up to watching Saturday morning cartoons anymore, we are instead going to share with you our favorite panels from the week before. It’s a bit like Comics Should Be Cheap, except with more pictures and less reading.
And, of course, spoilers are probably abundant.
We encourage you to play along at home and let us know what your favorite moments of the week were in the comment section! In the meantime, our picks:

Matt’s Pick: “All New X-Men” #15
This was easily my favorite issue of “All New X-Men” since the series began, if only because it was very much the calm before the storm. Marvel’s big X-Crossover, “Battle for the Atom” is about to kick off, so why not take some time to show us where all the characters heads are at? And what better way to do it than one of the patented Bendis humor issues, including the above hilarious moment of awkwardness. “All New X-Men” is my favorite thing Bendis is currently working on, and David LaFuente just nails the moment overall. Excellence all around!

Vince’s Pick: “Dial H” #15
Messy, weird, and right up my alley. “Dial H” was never close to being a perfect comic book, but I looked forward to its certain sort of strange every month. It was almost nearly always the book I was most excited about reading. Though the door has almost closed on it (we still have “Dial E” coming up in Villains Month), there will always be a place in my heart where “Dial H” lives. Where else could we a hero that’s a living chimney? Or a snail combined with a heavy artillery tank? Or a mashup of like 8 different DC Comics heroes?

Michelle’s Pick: “Sheltered” #2
This is the face Lucas wears when he’s setting corpses on fire. Lucas is shaping up to be terrifyingly interesting.

James’ Pick: “Avengers” #17
*manly sobbing in the distance* Infinity gonna be hella papping.

David’s Pick: “Legend of Luther Strode” #6
Jack The Ripper just quoted Smith from The Matrix Revolutions. If Justin Jordan and Tradd Moore weren’t already my favourite people, they would be now. I loved this comic.
