The Dangers Of Christopher Nolan’s Batman

I have often stated, much to the annoyance of everyone around me, that I don’t think Christopher Nolan’s Batman films are all that great. Sure, they’re well acted and well written, but in contexts of the comic book source material, they’re highly inaccurate and put a veil over new reader’s eyes as to what Batman “should be.” Everyone thinks that Batman has to be this uber dark and edgy character, and sure he’s been a broody and quite angry character in the past, but these movies definitely change how the world sees Batman.

And now I have physical evidence that it is warping children’s minds.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
