Welcome to the Rundown! Until our regularly scheduled rundowner, David Harper, gets back from getting hitched (ooooooooooooooooooh), I’ll be your guide to all things newsworthy that slipped through our reporting cracks. Email any pertinent articles to brian@multiversitycomics.com

The estate of Jack Kirby has been denied an appeal in a copyright case to claim the King’s ownership of several Marvel characters. When the history of comics is written hundreds of years from now, the treatment of Kirby will be one of its lowest moments.

Season 3 of The Walking Dead almost had a very different ending for Andrea, according to Comic Book Resources. It sounds even more brutal than the version that wound up televised, and that one wasn’t exactly a happy one.

“Shadowman” #11 feature a Rian Hughes designed perforated mask on the cover.

For those gamers in our audience, Zatanna is the next DLC character for “Injustice.” Game on, gamer.
