Like the book Guillory works on, Chew. That book is a big success, and it certainly has a lot to do with the marketing. It can’t be the hilarious and consistently fantastic art of Guillory. Or the Easter Eggs he hides in every issue, making it eminently rereadable. Or the covers he’s put together that makes this one of the books that most stand out on the comic stand each month. Nope.
