Zuda Weekly: My April Pick

As I said in my reviews column, April is a remarkably great month for Zuda Comics. All ten contenders are at least decent, and most of them are pretty damn good. So what is a guy to do when he’s trying to make a choice between a bunch of high quality comics in a Zuda competition?

Well, thankfully one of them stands out already.

There is one candidate that comes across as particularly original, well told, charming, sharply designed, and intriguing from both a short term and long term perspective. That comic is Mr. Trildok Sings the Blues, a title which in itself gives it an advantage in itself. It’s just a damn cool comic that deserves all of the praise it has gotten so far, and it is currently in second place. While almost all of the comics are quality contenders, good ol’ Trildok earns my vote this month.
