Recently, we got a note from our podcast service provider that told us our show, Spoiler Alert, has entered into a high percentile of listeners, and has been dubbed a “mover and shaker.” So that’s fun! We want to thank you all for listening to this season, and remind you that a) our second to last episode with Nick Spencer is up right now and b) the finale to our season that concludes the story that aired in the first episode airs next week, so stay tuned!

BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!

Are you excited at all for the X-Men: First Class movie? We bet you are. It’s an X-Men movie starring Michael Fassbender as Magneto and James McAvoy as Xavier! What’s not to love? So with that in mind, we have teamed up with 5 Gum, who have launched an online game affiliated with the film, to bring you an exclusive code to use in the game. “Tell me more,” you say! Of course – In the game, you create your very own mutant character, choosing for all sorts of cool abilities and customized looks. The more unique codes you have (that you normally get from packs of 5 Gum), the more you can customize. You can then thrw down one-on-one with other player-created mutants from around the world!

So what do you get for being an MC reader and/or a Spoiler Alert fan? You get a free exclusive code that you can use in the game to unlock – well, we wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise for you, now would we? All you have to do is enter the following exclusive code: SPOILERALERT. Simple, right? And easy to remember! This is a limited time offer, though, so do as they say and act now before it’s too late! Come on. You know you want to create your own mutant, right?

So head on over to the game’s website at Facebook.com/5GumANZ and start playing. I also hear that playing the game let’s you enter a contest that will win you a trip to a major international city to see the premier of The Wolverine. Not bad, huh?

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
