For years, the Portland based collective Periscope Studios hasn’t been accepting new members but have been loaded up with top talents like Jeff Parker, Paul Tobin, Colleen Coover and a whole lot more. They’ve been producing excellent work as well, and have turned into one of the most well thought of studios in the country.
Today on their official site, they announced the addition of a new member for the first time in years, and it’s a Multiversity favorite. Natalie Nourigat (aka Tally) is her name, and with interior work coming from her on two different unannounced graphic novels on the way, I think it’s only a matter of time until the industry is aware of just how talented she is (check out her site or the Miyazaki quality commission she did for me if you don’t believe me).
For everyone at MC, congratulations to Tally and to Periscope for bringing such a great, young talent into their fold.
