Every year, Emerald City ComiCon puts together a charity art book called “Monsters & Dames.” This book typically features some of the biggest talents in the industry, with names like Tony Moore, Mike Allred, Katie Cook, Joe Eisma, Brandon Graham, Dustin Nguyen, Bill Sienkiewicz and a whole lot more contributing to this year’s edition, with all proceeds from sales of these $30 books going to Seattle’s Children’s Hospital.
Today at ECCC’s site, they revealed Adi Granov’s (a guest at this year’s con) sensational cover, that perfectly captures everything we love to see from a good Monsters & Dames cover. I’ve been going to ECCC for the past few years, and this is the best cover I’ve seen yet (and that is with work from Adam Hughes and Jo Chen in the mix).
If you are going to ECCC or know someone who is, I highly suggest getting a copy of this book. They’re always top notch, and great items to have in any comic art fan’s collection.
