To work perfectly with my earlier Small Press Spotlight earlier of Atomic Robo, yesterday animation studio The Fictory (American Terror: Company Man) announced that they will be making an Atomic Robo animated short to be released in 2010. No word on what actors will be performing voice duty or anything about the plot, but I can say this – Atomic Robo is a perfect property to adapt to animated film.
Check out The Fictory’s production blog for the project for a lot more information, but I’d say it’s time to get excited because Robo is about to become an even bigger star.
