“Undiscovered Country,” Scott Snyder, Charles Soule, and Giuseppe Camuncoli’s half dystopian/half way too prescient sci-fi story is releasing its second collection, ‘Unity,’ next week. Its thirteenth issue, which kicks off the third arc, drops in June, but before that, Image has sent out five postcards to various comics websites, to tease and preview some of what may be coming for the series down the road.

Yesterday, Newsarama debuted a postcard for Alaska. Today, we continue with “A” states, and travel to Arizona.

Here is what co-writer Scott Snyder has to say about the book’s next arc:

“In zone two we saw the implications of technological advancement and its effect on a society isolated from the world. In this new arc we push further into the unknown on a seafaring adventure through POSSIBILITY. Technology is replaced with a focus on culture here. How does the U.S.’s unique myth-making survive without inspiration from others? What truths lie at the heart of some of the storytelling that remains? The drama will hit an all-time high very quickly as new secrets are revealed…”

Thanks to Image for inviting us to be part of this event. The tour continues tomorrow at Comic Book Resources, Thursday at AIPT! Comics, and Friday at IGN.
