So has anyone else but me been wondering when we’d be seeing the follow-up to the story in “Batman” #0? Well, it looks like we’re going to get just that as The Associated Press broke the news today that starting in “Batman” #21, Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo will be telling the story on Batman’s ‘Year Zero’.

An 11-part shakedown of the earliest days of the Batman mythology, the story looks to go back to Bruce’s formative days as he dons the cape and cowl for the first time. “We’re not going to take apart ‘Year One,’” Snyder assured, making sure fans know this will be an all new story as opposed to just retelling the origin that came before.

For more information on the story, check out the The Associated Press’ coverage and be sure to keep and eye on DC’s The Source blog for the release of the Batman group solicits for June.
