Teased in the back of this week’s “Powers: Bureau,” it looks like Bendis and Oeming are teaming up for yet another collaboration entitled “Murder Inc.” Teased for the spring of next year and with no other details than the assault of Ben Franklin on a $100 bill (as originally seen on CBR for the clean/not-scanned version), this will be the third creator-owned series between Bendis and Oeming after “Powers” and “Takio,” which just wrapped its second volume.
Bendis and Oeming have a very long relationship in comic and both are incredibly prolific creators in their own rights. It’ll be interesting to see what they have planned now.
But if this derails “Powers” from coming out on the semi-irregular basis that it does, there’s gonna be at least one mildly annoyed fanboy over here. Just sayin’!
