Paste Magazine offered an exclusive first look at Black Mask Studios’s new comic series “Snap Flash Hustle” today.

Written by Pat Shand (“Breathless”) and illustrated by Emily Pearson (“The Wilds”), “Snap Flash Hustle” follows young Haley Mori, an “alternative model” in NYC, who finds herself heavily involved in an underground drug ring. Steadily, she begins to work herself into a position of power unlike anything she had ever tasted before.

In addition to the official solicitation, Paste offered an exclusive look at issue #1’s various covers featuring art from Pearson, Lisa Sterle (“Submerged”), and Jenn St. Onge (“Nancy Drew”). “Snap Flash Hustle” was originally teased at last month’s San Diego Comic Con, and will arrive in stores this coming November.

Pat Shand and Emily Pearson have both worked with Black Mask Studios on their respective series, “Breathless” and “The Wilds.”
