We shared the above program cover for Emerald City Comic Con by Brandon Graham a couple days ago, and just like the rest of the world, we were impressed/enamored. But what we didn’t know was who everyone was; I could personally guess maybe 90%, but there were a few I had no idea on.

Thankfully, today Brandon posted the guide on his tumblr, breaking down everyone in the image and thus further reinforcing that this should be on a poster or something and not just a magazine that’s only relevant for one weekend. It’s incredibly helpful in pointing out who is who — like, for example, today I learned that the giant sideways face on the right side is not just some weird floating head with a beard but actually a mascot head from “Down Set Fight” (co-written by Multiversity’s own Chad Bowers!) and the hair of Dee from “Rat Queens.” Learn something new everyday!

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
