We’re back to our regularly scheduled broadcast, as today Image Comics announced the first legit member of the new Guardians of the Globe team book that is launching in August 2010. While he isn’t as cool as Harry Potter or Rick Grimes, Brit is a solid character Kirkman created before and someone we can count on for entertainment and badassery. Really, what else do we want from this team besides those two things?
Guardians of the Globe will be a six issue miniseries co-written by Robert Kirkman and Benito Cereno, with art from Ransom Getty. For more on this title, check out Kirkman’s interview with CBR from this past Friday.
