Earlier today, Comic Book Resources debuted a teaser image for a new Bryan Hitch series at Image Comics, titled “Real Heroes.” Since Hitch is the only creator credited, we are presuming that he is writing and drawing the series. The CBR article talks about Hitch having an idea for a 6-issue series he was to write and draw from an interview in December 2012:

Next is a six-issue series I’m writing and drawing. It’s a very cool concept and I’ll be announcing that in March for a late summer release next year.

While this is a little late, date wise, this could be that project. Time will tell, I suppose.

Of real interest, however, is the logo on the bottom right hand side of the teaser: “The Hitch Factory.” Obviously, a play on the famous recording studio, could this be the first of a Hitch-run imprint for Image? Again, time will tell.
