There you have it: Bulletproof, who has spent too much time on the sidelines, is now a Guardian of the Globe for at least six issues. Of course he is not the final FINAL Guardian of the Globe – Kirkman confirmed there will be more members. However, this method of poking fun at Marvel and revealing some new characters was interesting none the less, and it’s a good way to create some buzz for the upcoming mini.

That about wraps it up from Image and Kirkman for now, though. Newsarma has an interesting interview posted in which Kirkman further discusses his plans for the Guardians and the Viltrumite War. If interested, give it a look! He also teased that Obama and “Gary” Potter might still yet have some roles to play…

The book comes out in August, just in time to coincide with the biggest event Invincible has seen yet.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
