Ahem.
Over at iFanboy, Paul has uploaded scans of his Entertainment Weekly, featuring a shirtless Chris Evans among other things. My copy of Entertainment Weekly has yet to arrive, or else I would totally scan up Chris Evans’ pecks for you.
The pictures do give a very interesting look at the film though. We get to see Red Skull pre-skulling, small shots of Erskine, and Cap’s shield and costume. Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Matt, we SAW the costume! It’s on the cover!” Or did you? Marvel and director Joe Johnston have stated that we would be seeing Cap’s costume evolve throughout the film, and that it would evolve into the modern costume out of a USO show appearance. Well, within the pages of Entertainment Weekly, you’ll see exactly what Steve Rogers is going to look like in the beginning, and I gotta say – I approve 100% the direction they’re taking this in. Seriously. I was excited already from the cover, but these scans make me even happier.
