Man. We love covers here at MC, but Fiona Staples? She can make a mean cover. Take this October’s ridiculously great variant cover – freshly released by Archie Comics – for “Life with Archie” #24. Featuring the return of everyone’s favorite Rachel Leigh Cook-starring band (well, let’s ignore that part) Josie and the Pussycats, Staples gives this book energy, power and fun like that fictional band was always meant to have.
It’s another superb example of Staples’ talents as a cover artist, and, when paired with Francesco Francavilla’s Archie Meets Kiss covers, another great example of Archie Comics’ strong covers of late.
