It looks like “Iron Man” will be seeing a a creative change later this year, as Greg Land will no longer be illustrating the title while Dale Eaglesham joins in.

The latest issue, #6, was released today as the second arc begins and we get into what Gillen describes as a “modular epic,” where Tony Stark’s actions against the Phoenix during “AvX” catch up to him. The next arc, featuring Eaglesham, appears to deal with the “secret origin” of Tony Stark, perhaps beyond what we know about his time in a cave.

Look for Eaglesham on the book in May.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
