Choosable path adventure comics are growing more and more popular, and Disney and Dark Horse have decided to get in on the action. According to The Nerdist, Dark Horse plans to publish “Ralph Breaks the Internet – Click Start: Choose Your Own Adventure!,” a choose-your-own-adventure style graphic novel, to accompany Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph sequel, Ralph Breaks the Internet.

Written by Joe Caramagna and Amy Mebberson, and illustrated by Emilio Urbano, Andrea Greppi, and Mebberson, the 64-page World Wide Web-shattering graphic novel will consist of two choosable path stories. The main feature sets readers loose upon the internet just prior to the events of Ralph Breaks the Internet, allowing them to control what pages and sites Ralph and Vanellope visit (and likely, wreck). In the back-up, set after the events of the film, readers will walk Vanellope through an exploration of OhMy.Disney.com, in a sly piece of Disney marketing.

The “Ralph Breaks the Internet” graphic novel will hit stores on December 12, roughly a month after the release of Wreck-It Ralph 2. This will be the latest upcoming Disney graphic novel, following “Zootopia: Friends to the Rescue” (due out September 12), and “Disney Princess: Jasmine’s New Pet” (out October 10). In the meantime, if you’re looking to scratch your choosable path adventure itch, you could check out some of the other choose-your-own-adventure style comics that have already come out this year.
