Image Comics have announced “Decorum,” a new series written by Jonathan Hickman (“House of X,” “Powers of X”) with art by Mike Huddleston (“The Strain”). The oblique description for the first issue, due out in March, reads: “There are many assassins in the known universe. This is the story of the most well-mannered one. ‘Manners are a sensitive awareness of the feelings of others. If you have that awareness, you have good manners, no matter what knife you use.'”

One of the covers for the first issue provides more insight into what to expect from the comic, from otherworldy settings, surreal starships and alien characters:

This is Hickman’s first creator-owned series to have been announced since he oversaw this year’s relaunch of the X-Men titles at Marvel, and it will mark a reunion between him and Huddleston, after the artist provided variant covers for “House of X” and “Powers of X.” It is the latest in a long line of comics by Hickman published at Image, and it will also be his first title there after the conclusion of his and Nick Dragotta’s “East of West,” which releases next week.

“Decorum” #1 will be released on March 11, 2020, and we’ll have more on Image’s releases that month in our Soliciting Multiversity column at the end of the month.
