Premiering on Entertainment Weekly, the above image for the premiere of Doctor Who has surfaced, announcing that the hit series will return Apirl 23rd and – for the first time ever – air the whole season both in America and overseas at the same time. Yes, way!

EW also notes that the first episode will be part one of a two-parter, and the first episode finds our team in the states for the first time: “The Doctor (Matt Smith), and his companions Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill), find themselves on a secret summons that takes them on an adventure from the desert in Utah – right to the Oval Office in 1969.”

Look forward to reviews from us come April. Geronimo!

Note: For some reason, no matter how hard we try and download the picture, it won’t load all of it. We’re unsure why. When we can fix it, we assure you that we will.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
