Skottie Young (Eisner winning artist for The Wonderful Wizard of Oz) often puts together small projects between jobs, like last year’s The Adventures of Bernard the World Destroyer, and he is now working on an original graphic novel. Little is known about it – he hasn’t revealed a title, subject, publisher, anything – but it is still an exciting prospect because he’s such a phenomenal artist.
Today on Twitter Young revealed the first color image and the first two black and white pages of the OGN, and it looks joyous, energetic and a little manic – just the way I like it.
