You all know of “Scott Pilgrim”, right? That super famous cult-classic-turned-Hollywood-film-turned-best-selling-comic that you own six volumes of and a Blu-ray about? Yes, we all know — and love — “Scott Pilgrim.”

Well, prepare to love it again. Announced yesterday at Emerald City Comic-Con, Bryan Lee O’Malley’s seminal series will be re-released by Oni Press in larger hardcovers — now in full color!

The book will run at 6×9 in full color, thanks to the tireless efforts of Nathan Fairbairn, known for his work on “Batman Inc” and “Swamp Thing.” Each volume will include additional previously unreleased material and run for $24.99, with the first re-released volume to come out in August. Oni notes that the original black and white softcovers will not go out of print, and will continue to be published alongside these new hardcovers.

Do you want to see some preview pages? Of course you do. Click behind the cut to see 11 pages in color.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
