A short time ago, we told you that Warren Ellis was terminating his relationship with Mulholland Books. This put a few things up in the air, including Ellis’ upcoming Novella “Dead Pig Collector”.

However, as tweeted an hour ago:

It looks like things are coming up Ellis!

I’m personally not familiar with Farrar, Straus & Giroux as a publisher, but as a fan of “Gun Machine” and Ellis’ work in general I’m looking forward to seeing the book have a new home so quickly. While the details of Ellis’ issues with Mulholland are being kept mum, one can certainly hope that there is a brighter future at FSG for Ellis and that more books are on the way.

In addition to his continued work in comics, of course. Gotta have more comics.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
